A calm, opinionated sleep-tracking app that hides complexity behind a single morning ritual.
The work
Solene's first prototype was feature-rich and overwhelming. We rebuilt the experience around one daily moment — the morning check-in — and pushed analytics, trends, and settings to secondary surfaces.
The redesign shipped with a tokenised design system, motion specs, and a SwiftUI component library. Day-7 retention improved by 38% in the first cohort after launch.
